We’ve been producing Blanc Limé in partnership with the Bordeaux restaurateur Jean-Pierre Xiradakis for 5 years and have been asked lots of time, from consumers and distributors, to work on a new recipe which would be based on Rosé wine. As we don’t like to rush things, we took the time that was necessary to elaborate a subtle blending between the wine, aromas, notes of red fruits and the touch of fizz.
The warmer weather approaches, and the Rosé Limé is ready!
