Early morning as harvest kicks off today with our Cal 6-04 grape variety, not your usual Bordeaux grape but a very promising one for the future. The vineyard is only 3 years old, the grape varietals we planted are naturally resistant to well-known diseases such as Mildew, Odium and Botrytis. The grapes show a magnificient pink color, the juice is light, crisp and aromatic. A good way to start 2016.
